Anthony Horovitz, author of the Alex Rider stories, hits out at Higson and YB in the Telegraph today. He says Silverfin, "is is not really a spy thriller at all - it is more in the tradition of Enid Blyton or John Buchan, curiously, than of Ian Fleming." Ouch.
